Welcome to Emmanuel School

It is my great privilege, as Head Teacher, to welcome you to Emmanuel School. We are getting near to celebrating 25 years of the school having been in existence. In that time a lot has changed in the world and that is very true in education, perhaps especially for the independent sector. However, what remains constant is the desire of all those involved at the school to create a God-honouring environment that has Him at the centre and seeks to provide an environment where pupils can thrive academically whilst also looking after their social, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being too. read more...

Ethos

Emmanuel School exists to bring glory to God by working with parents, along with the support of their local churches, to enable children to reach their God-given potential. We provide Christian education to pupils aged 3 to 16.

Ofsted Report 2018: "The school’s work to develop the spiritual, moral, social and cultural understanding of pupils is very effective." read more...

Our vision

The vision of Emmanuel School is to see pupils who:

  • Love the Lord God with all their heart, soul and strength
  • Love others
  • Are eager to learn and fulfil their academic potential
  • Recognise their abilities, gifts and passions and are encouraged to develop them fully
  • Go out and make a positive difference in the communities in which they live, work, worship and play.
